Eva & Cary….

It’s a long time coming but I’ve been behind in posting about weddings these days, just been going to so many. I met Eva & Cary several months ago over coffee (instant win there given I love coffee) and we got to know each other. They were trying to decide on a photographer and I was lucky enough to be chosen to photograph their wedding.

Set in a rustic Pioneer Village in north Toronto, the wedding was held outdoors on an overcast day. The rain parted ways just in time for the ceremony which went flawlessly and had a beautiful Dr. Seuss theme to their vows. The reception was later held in the Shangri-La and that is when the party began and everyone had a great time! It was an honour to work for you two! Here are a few photos from the big day.

Salty’s next adventure was to Seattle! Where he met a little friend, DANBO. He is Amazon Japan’s mascot! How cute! They are both the same size!!

Teresa & Eddie....

Congrats Teresa & Eddie!!!!

This update is a long time coming. I was privileged to be able to attend (and partially shoot) my friends Teresa & Edwin’s wedding exactly a month ago! Two dear friends that I’ve known for many years proved that weddings can be about the partying with your friends.

A beautiful ceremony was held at SCAC followed by a food and dancing filled reception. There are many aspects that I will remember about this wedding but one picture that will forever remember about this night was late into the evening you could hear the dance floor chanting their names. Much to the pleasure of everyone there, they came running out and joined the group and just partied.

Winifred & Mark....

I had the honour and pleasure to shoot Winnie & Marks ‘destination’ wedding this past may in Santorini, Greece. A far-off destination for many of their guests from north America, this island is one they regularly enjoy being that they live full time in London, England.

Surrounded by the beauty of this Greek island, Winifred and Mark took their vows at a winery on the side of a cliff overlooking the Ocean. Packed with close family and friends the day was enjoyed well into the evening where an impromptu dance party broke out at the reception restaurant. Congratulations you two and I hope to see you this weekend when you’re in Toronto.
